This English version is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Important Notice
This Membership Benefits Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the detailed rules for activating, claiming, and using the long-term benefits of each Welmo Technology product line. It supplements and operationalizes the Terms of Service (Document 01). Provisions in bold concern your significant rights — please read them carefully.
This Agreement does not govern your purchase of goods on external e-commerce platforms (purchase, refund, invoicing, disputes, etc.); please refer to the rules of the relevant external platform.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Parties
This Agreement is between you and Henan Welmo Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your activation and use of benefits across Welmo Technology product lines.
1.2 Benefit Types
Welmo Technology currently offers three core benefit services:

Welmo Technology may launch new benefit types in the future; specific rules will be announced through supplementary chapters or separate agreements.
1.3 Nature of the Activation Credential
- The activation credential is the unique purchase order number generated when you buy a Welmo product on an external e-commerce platform, used to submit and activate the corresponding benefit on Welmo Perks or the website.
- Each purchase order number may be used to activate only once; once activation succeeds, that order number is deemed used and may not be used to activate again.
- Benefits may not be resold, transferred, leased, lent, or gifted; if Welmo discovers malicious resale, bulk reselling, industrialized reselling, or abnormal repeated activation using the same order number, it may immediately invalidate the relevant benefits.
1.4 Conditions for Activation
Your benefit may be activated only when all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:
- You have registered an account with Welmo Technology and bound a valid mobile number (see Document 01, Chapter 3);
- You have lawfully purchased the corresponding Welmo product on an external e-commerce platform and obtained a genuine purchase order number;
- You have correctly submitted that purchase order number together with the required fulfillment materials on this platform and passed Welmo Technology's manual review;
- You have read and agreed to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy (Document 02), and other related documents;
- You have submitted the detailed information necessary for fulfillment as required by this Agreement (e.g., shipping address, trial feedback).
1.5 Single Mobile Binding
- A single mobile number may be bound to only one Welmo account at any given time.
- Once bound, the relationship cannot be unbound by yourself; if you must change your mobile number, please contact us via legal@welmotech.com.
1.6 Refund Rules
- Welmo Technology does not directly process your purchase payment. Refund and exchange issues must be resolved through the external e-commerce platform on which you purchased.
- Welmo benefits corresponding to refunded orders are automatically invalidated; if a refund occurs after partial fulfillment, Welmo Technology reserves the right to deduct or terminate the benefit pro rata.
2. Common Obligations
2.1 Your Undertakings
You undertake that:
- The purchase order numbers, recipient information, and uploaded content you submit are all true, accurate, and complete;
- You will not bypass purchase limits, anti-fraud, or review mechanisms by any technical or non-technical means;
- You will not repeatedly claim single-use benefits using the same shipping address, mobile number, recipient name, or other circumvention means;
- You will not resell, transfer, or bulk-purchase Welmo benefits.
2.2 Breach Handling
If you violate the foregoing undertakings, Welmo Technology may, depending on the severity, take any combination of the following measures:
- Reject the current claim;
- Suspend all your future benefit claims;
- Invalidate the benefits activated by the order number(s) involved (without refunding amounts paid on external e-commerce);
- Deactivate your account;
- Pursue all losses caused to Welmo Technology by your breach.
3. Chapter A · Welmo Spices
This chapter sets out the detailed rules for activating and using the "Welmo Spices" 3-year refill benefit.
3.1 Benefit Overview
- Product: Each cycle includes 30 grams of whole black peppercorns + a hand grinder. Conforms to GB/T 15691 standard; production license SC10343012405588.
- Service period: 3 years from the activation date, 36 calendar months in total, with one cycle issued per calendar month.
- Service mode: User-initiated monthly claims; Welmo Technology delivers via partner logistics to the address you specify.
3.2 Claim Rules
3.2.1 Claim Window
- The normal claim window is from the 1st to the 25th of each calendar month;
- Applications submitted on or after the 26th will be deemed for the next cycle;
- Cycles not claimed within the month do not automatically roll over and are deemed forfeited.
3.2.2 Single-Claim Limit
- Only one claim per calendar month (enforced by the unique constraint
(subscription_id, apply_month)); - Claimed cycles cannot be cancelled; for address changes, please contact customer service.
3.2.3 Temporary Address Override
- You may temporarily modify the recipient address at the time of each claim, effective for that cycle only and without affecting the default address bound at subscription.
- For permanent default address changes, please contact us via legal@welmotech.com.
3.3 Logistics and Delivery
- Logistics partner: SF Express (see Document 04, Section B1);
- Warehouse partner: Zhengzhou Changxing Logistics Park (Section B2);
- Delivery area: Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas);
- Delivery time: Shipped within 1–3 business days after a successful claim; actual delivery time follows SF Express's tracking.
- Liability allocation:
- Before shipment: Welmo Technology;
- In transit: SF Express;
- After successful delivery: User.
3.4 Exception Handling
3.4.1 Loss or Damage in Transit
If you receive goods that are lost, severely damaged, or not as ordered, please report within 7 days of receipt to support@welmotech.com with:
- Your subscription number or purchase order number;
- SF Express tracking number;
- Photos of the goods;
- A brief explanation.
Welmo Technology will verify with SF Express and decide on reshipment or other compensation.
3.4.2 System Outage
If a particular month's distribution cannot be completed due to Welmo system failure, partner logistics suspension, force majeure, etc., Welmo Technology will:
- Notify you via in-app message or SMS;
- Defer the missed cycle to the nearest available month after the issue is resolved;
- The resulting extension of the total service period shall not constitute a breach.
3.5 No Cash Equivalent
Welmo Spices benefits cannot be converted to cash, exchanged for other goods or services, or transferred to others.
3.6 Termination Events
The benefit terminates automatically upon any of the following:
- All 36 cycles have been issued;
- You materially breach this Agreement or the Terms of Service;
- The corresponding external e-commerce order is refunded;
- You voluntarily deactivate your account and elect to forfeit unconsumed benefits;
- Termination is required by laws and regulations.
4. Chapter B · The Greens
This chapter sets out the detailed rules for activating and using "The Greens" trial-cashback benefit.
4.1 Benefit Overview
- Product: Plant-based protein meal-replacement powder containing 71.3% plant protein, 70+ vegetable extracts, 9 vitamins, 6 probiotics, and zero additives.
- Benefit type: One-time full trial cashback. Each Welmo account / mobile number / valid identity may enjoy this benefit only once.
- Cashback amount: Equal to the amount you paid on the external e-commerce platform; refunded via the original payment channel.
4.2 Claim Process
4.2.1 Submission Materials
You must complete the following submission on the Mini-Program or website:

4.2.2 Review Process
- Initial review: Welmo conducts initial review within 3 business days of receiving complete materials, checking completeness;
- Secondary review: Upon passing initial review, secondary review verifies the authenticity of materials (e.g., consistency of review screenshot with external e-commerce order, consistency of trial video with the product);
- Approved: Proceeds to cashback processing;
- Rejected: Welmo notifies you of the rejection reason via in-app message or SMS; you may resubmit with additional materials within 7 days.
4.2.3 Cashback Processing
- Within 7 business days of approval, Welmo Technology refunds the corresponding amount to your purchasing account via the Douyin E-commerce or WeChat Pay merchant systems;
- The actual arrival time follows the relevant payment channel;
- If cashback fails due to your reasons (account anomaly, incorrect information, etc.), you must update your information within 30 days, otherwise you are deemed to have forfeited the benefit.
4.3 Video Authorization Mechanism (Important)
The Greens benefit requires you to upload a trial video. The video may contain sensitive personal information including your portrait and home environment.
- You must explicitly check the option "I agree that Welmo Technology may use this video on marketing channels including Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, and the official website" before you can submit;
- This checkbox is independent of your overall consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and constitutes "separate consent" within the meaning of Article 14 of the PIPL;
- You may withdraw this authorization at any time (see Document 06);
- Withdrawal does not affect cashback you have already received, but Welmo Technology will stop using the video within a reasonable time.
4.4 Restrictions and Prohibitions
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Submitting the same external e-commerce order number from different Welmo accounts;
- Submitting under the same recipient / shipping address / payee account;
- Submitting fabricated review screenshots or trial videos not made by yourself;
- Submitting videos or screenshots from others;
- Using AI-generated fake videos;
- Failing to actually unbox and try the product during the trial period.
Violation of any of the above entitles Welmo Technology to refuse cashback and permanently ban your account.
4.5 One-Time Principle
- The Greens cashback benefit is available only once per account;
- Repeated claims through multiple accounts, multiple mobile numbers, or different recipients entitle Welmo Technology to recover paid cashback and pursue breach liability.
5. Chapter C · LumaPet
This chapter sets out the detailed rules for activating and using the "LumaPet" 3-year pet memorial storage benefit.
5.1 Benefit Overview
- Service: 3 years of cloud-based memorial storage and on-platform display for your deceased pet, as a digital memorial.
- Service period: 3 years (1095 calendar days) from activation.
- Quota: ≤ 20 photos + ≤ 5 videos per pet.
5.2 Upload Rules
5.2.1 File Specifications
- Photos: JPG / JPEG / PNG; ≤ 2 MB each;
- Videos: MP4 / MOV; ≤ 10 MB each;
- The client automatically generates thumbnails for faster display;
- Uploads occur via Alibaba Cloud OSS one-time signed URLs; the Welmo backend does not directly access file contents.
5.2.2 Content Prohibitions
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Images or videos containing recognizable portraits of natural persons (unless that person is the uploader and only contains their own image);
- Imagery involving minors (unless the uploader is the legal guardian of that minor);
- Violent, bloody, pornographic, terror-related, drug-related, or gambling-related content;
- Politically or religiously sensitive content or content likely to cause group conflict;
- Content infringing the portrait rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others;
- Any content unrelated to pet memorial.
Upon discovering violating content, Welmo Technology may immediately delete it and take corresponding measures against your account based on severity.
5.3 Storage and Display
- File entities are stored in Alibaba Cloud OSS (Hong Kong node);
- On-platform display uses signed URL access; Welmo Technology will not share your memorial imagery with any third party (other than as you actively share);
- You may view, download, or delete your uploaded files at any time via the Mini-Program or website.
5.4 Expiry Handling
5.4.1 Expiry Reminders
- 30 days before expiry: In-app message + SMS reminder;
- 15 days before expiry: In-app message + SMS reminder;
- 7 days before expiry: In-app message + SMS reminder;
- On expiry day: Final reminder.
5.4.2 Renewal
You may renew within 30 days before expiry by purchasing a new LumaPet benefit on this platform or external e-commerce. After renewal, the service period continues from the original expiry date.
5.4.3 Expiry Cleanup
If you do not renew or download before expiry, Welmo Technology will delete all your uploaded files within 30 days after expiry. Deletion is irreversible.
Important reminder: Memorial imagery is irreplaceable. Please make sure to download and retain important imagery before the benefit expires.
5.5 Content Sovereignty
- You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all content you upload;
- Welmo Technology acts only as a storage and display provider and does not acquire any rights beyond the scope of this Agreement;
- See Document 06 for details.
6. Refusal, Appeal, and Termination
6.1 Welmo's Right to Refuse
Welmo Technology may refuse your activation, claim, or fulfillment request in the following cases:
- The purchase order number is invalid, nonexistent, already used to activate, or invalidated;
- You fail to submit complete and authentic fulfillment materials;
- You violate this Agreement or applicable laws;
- Your account is frozen or in an abnormal state;
- The shipping address is outside the delivery area;
- Force majeure or partner-related causes temporarily prevent fulfillment.
6.2 Your Right to Appeal
If you believe Welmo's refusal or handling is improper, you may submit an appeal within 30 days of notification to support@welmotech.com with:
- Your account information;
- Reason for appeal;
- Supporting evidence.
Welmo Technology will reply with the appeal result within 15 business days.
6.3 Force Majeure
For force majeure (including but not limited to earthquake, typhoon, flood, epidemic, war, government action, network failure) preventing timely fulfillment, Welmo Technology will promptly notify you and reasonably extend the fulfillment period; this shall not constitute a breach.
6.4 Effects of Termination
After termination:
- Unconsumed benefits are deemed forfeited;
- Refunds / cashback / physical goods you have received will not be reclaimed (except in case of your breach);
- Your uploaded content will be handled in accordance with Section 5.4.3 of this Agreement or the Account Deletion & Data Export Rules (Document 09).
